Commerce Casino Unveils L.A. Poker Open Tournament
Commerce Casino’s annual Holiday Bonus Poker Tournament will now be replaced by a $2 Million Guaranteed Poker Tournament. The L.A. Poker Open Tournament, hosted by the world’s largest poker casino, will take place from November 5th, 2009 to November 20th, 2009 and features 19 different poker events over the course of the tournament.
This new poker series from Commerce Casino features buy-ins from as low as $120 and feature all of the innovative formats that have made Tournament Director Matt Savage so successful.
The L.A. Poker Open will kick off on November 5th with a $500,000 Guaranteed tournament. This poker tournament will last for three days and buy-in is $220 for the No-Limit Hold ‘Em poker tournament. A similar poker event was held back in September at Commerce Casino and attracted almost 4,000 poker players.
Another popular poker event scheduled for this inaugural L.A. Poker Open will be the No Limit Hold’em Knockout Bounty Tournament. This poker event includes poker bonuses of $100 for each player eliminated from the poker tournament. This poker event has a prize pool of $100,000 guaranteed.
The L.A. Poker Open final event will be held on November 20th with the $2,075 Buy-in No Limit Hold’em Championship. There are five poker events throughout the tournament which will award seats for the final tournament. Additionally on November 19th, the casino will hold Mega Satellite Day with championship seats up for grabs.
